Welcome to Pioneer

We are a socially oriented research firm specializing in project management, corporate strategy and ethical management.

Our goal is to participate in the creation of a healthy and sustainable financial system capable of ensuring the fulfilment of professional actors regardless of their categories; social status and level of experience.

Our Story

Since February 2008, we have been dedicated to pursuing our objectives at Pioneer. Our research initiatives have spanned various areas, making significant contributions to knowledge and understanding. Here is an overview of our research accomplishments:

Research on Poverty in Africa, with a Focus on Senegal (February 2008 - December 2019): We have conducted extensive research on poverty in Africa, specifically exploring its implications in Senegal. Our studies have shed light on the root causes, socio-economic factors, and potential solutions to alleviate poverty in the region.
Research on the Evolution of Technology in Dakar, Senegal (June 2019 - September 2019): We have closely examined the rapid advancement of technology in Dakar, Senegal. Our research has explored the impact of technological innovations on various sectors, societal changes, and opportunities for economic growth and development.
Research on Human Adaptation to Nature and Plastic Waste Recycling: Our research endeavors have focused on

understanding human adaptation to nature and addressing the critical issue of plastic waste recycling. We have investigated sustainable solutions, environmental impacts, and the socio-economic implications of effective waste management practices.

Research on Plant Adaptation and Ecosystem Preservation: Our investigations have delved into plant adaptation to environmental changes and the degradation of waste in diverse ecosystems. By studying the resilience and adaptation mechanisms of plant life, we aim to contribute to the preservation of ecosystems and biodiversity.
Research on Desertification and its Effects on Flora and Ecosystems (June 2019 - October 2019): We have explored the advancement of deserts and its profound impact on flora and ecosystems. Our research has examined desertification patterns, its consequences on biodiversity, and potential strategies for mitigation and restoration.

Research on Gender Theory and its Global Impacts (January 2020 - June 2021): We have conducted extensive research on gender theory, analyzing its social, cultural, and political implications worldwide. Research on International Policies and their Influence on Global Politics (June 2021 - January 2022): Our research has focused on the analysis of international policies and their repercussions on global politics. By examining the interplay between policy decisions and geopolitical landscapes, we aim to provide insights into the complex dynamics of international relations.
Research on the Senegalese Work Environment and the Impact of Western Management Policies (January 2022 - May 2023): Our investigations have centered on the Senegalese work environment and the influence of Western management policies on work culture and practices. Through our research, we seek to foster a deeper understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and promote effective management approaches.
